Every patient at Aya has the right to respectful care, privacy and confidentiality, a clear explanation of their diagnosis and treatment, a second opinion, and the right to accept or refuse any procedure. In return we ask patients to give accurate information, follow the agreed plan, and treat our staff and other patients with respect.

How do I book an appointment?

In the Aya app: choose the clinic, doctor and time. Your in-person visit is confirmed instantly.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

From “My bookings” in the app, or on the unified number 920012342.

What are the visiting hours for inpatients?

Daily from 4 PM to 9 PM.

Is a companion allowed in the delivery room?

Yes, one companion for the whole stay, and every room has a companion bed.

Does my insurance cover the visit?

We check your coverage with your insurer before the appointment. Send us your insurer’s name on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

Where is the hospital?
