Privacy notice

In plain words: what we collect from this website, why, and what we do not collect.

What this website collects

The website does not ask you to create an account. When you fill in the booking form, WhatsApp opens with a ready message that you send yourself to the booking team. The website does not store what you typed in the form on its servers.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how visitors find the site, so we can improve it. It usually records the device and browser type, the approximate city and the pages visited. We do not send it your name, mobile number or any health information, and Google’s own policy forbids sending personally identifying data.

Your health information

Please do not write test results or details of your condition in the notes field. The reason for your visit is enough: the booking team will contact you, and your condition is discussed with the doctor inside the hospital.

Contact us and your rights

For any question about your data, or to ask for it to be deleted or corrected, contact us at [email protected] or on 920012342. You can also limit tracking in your browser settings or with a privacy extension.

The Aya app

The app has its own privacy policy that describes what it collects and how it protects it. You will find it in the app and on its store page.

Best time

This is a booking request, not a confirmed booking: WhatsApp opens with a ready message to our booking team, who will then contact you to confirm a suitable time. Nothing is stored on this website, and please do not write test results in it. Privacy notice
